Dodge Charger Fuel Efficiency Features

Drivers have spoken up about the new Dodge Charger. With several different trims, an all new exterior design, and incredible power, the Charger has been rising in the sports car class. With the base engine, drivers experience a ton of horsepower already. The engines start at 292 horsepower just with a 3.4-liter V6 engine. The fuel economy is the best in this base engine, achieving 30 mpg on the highway. With different fuel efficiency monitoring tools, you can probably get even higher fuel economy with this base trim.

In the higher trims, fuel economy is a little bit more difficult to achieve, but that’s simply because you’re getting more power from V8 engines. With the smaller 5.7-liter V8, you’ll still achieve 25 mpg on the highway. That dips a little bit with the higher V8s, but the Hellcat is probably the most power-hungry with a large V8 engine that only gets 22 mpg on the highway.

You can take a Charger out on the highway today and see for yourself! These are fast cars with incredible engines. You can schedule your test drive at Porterville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
